Cosmetics & personal care
Facial masks, soap refills and samples in sachet.
Cosmetics thrive on samples, single doses and refills: facial mask, soap and shampoo as stand-up refills, oil and cream in sachet. High cadence in small packaging, with dosing precision and a clean seal.

- Facial mask
- Liquid soap (refill)
- Shampoo and conditioner (refill)
- Body oil and cream

Stand-up with a spout and cap at the top corner. Pour and reseal — beverages, sauces, baby food and liquid refills.

Standing bag with bottom gusset, no zipper. More economical for single portions or fast-moving products.

Slim stand-up made to refill the primary pack. Cuts cost and plastic in sauces, cleaning and supplements.

Thin tube with crimp seal for a single dose — 5–30 g. Supplements, instant coffee, vitamins and pharma.

Flat three-side-seal pouch, like a larger sachet. Single portions and meals — well suited to retort and liquids.
The RQ delivers the cadence cosmetic stickpacks and sachets demand; the RT covers stand-up refills; the RS handles creams and gels in spout. Ultrasonic sealing is a frequent option for a clean finish.
Leepack series that cover this application. Full specs — models, dimensions and BPM — on each series page.
Four pouches at a time: up to 160 BPM on small volumes.
The best-seller for standard pouches, in any industry.
Integrated filling and capping for center-spout pouches.
Four variables define the right series and configuration for your line:
Pouch size
Finished pouch width and height define the series and number of stations. Larger pouches need wider gripper opening; small pouches unlock high-cadence duplex and quadplex architectures.
Production speed
Target throughput (BPM) drives the architecture: simplex for entry, duplex and quadplex for volume. We size with headroom for peaks without compromising the seal.
Weighing and dosing
Granules and powders require a multi-head weigher or auger filler; liquids and viscous products, volumetric or pump dosing. The dosing system is part of the line design.
Filler and nozzle
Nozzle and filler vary with viscosity, presence of solids and splash tendency. Diving nozzle, anti-splash and other options are added according to the product.
