Tomato sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise and powdered seasonings.

Sauce in a pouch replaces glass and can with less weight and resealing: tomato, ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard in stand-up and spout; seasoning and powdered stock in sachet. Viscous products with solids require a specific filler and nozzle.

Stand-up with a spout and cap at the top corner. Pour and reseal — beverages, sauces, baby food and liquid refills.

Stand-up without zipper

Standing bag with bottom gusset, no zipper. More economical for single portions or fast-moving products.

Three-side-seal pouch
Three-side-seal pouch

Flat three-side-seal pouch, like a larger sachet. Single portions and meals — well suited to retort and liquids.

Recommended machines

The RS integrates filling and spout capping for sauces with a reclosable spout; the RD and RT cover stand-up and sachet with a diving and anti-splash nozzle. Volumetric or pump dosing depending on viscosity.

How to select the model

Four variables define the right series and configuration for your line:

Pouch size

Finished pouch width and height define the series and number of stations. Larger pouches need wider gripper opening; small pouches unlock high-cadence duplex and quadplex architectures.

Production speed

Target throughput (BPM) drives the architecture: simplex for entry, duplex and quadplex for volume. We size with headroom for peaks without compromising the seal.

Weighing and dosing

Granules and powders require a multi-head weigher or auger filler; liquids and viscous products, volumetric or pump dosing. The dosing system is part of the line design.

Filler and nozzle

Nozzle and filler vary with viscosity, presence of solids and splash tendency. Diving nozzle, anti-splash and other options are added according to the product.
